Our Parrot harness was designed for us to be able to restrain our parrot in a safe fashion., to and from our free flight locations, it is also a safe way for us to go for walks with our parrot in areas they cannot free fly.  This harness is 3.5 feet to 4 feet long it is only to be used while your parrot is in close proximity to your body. The c-link attaches to your belt loop or waist line, if your parrot takes off you are in reach to help guide your parrot to the ground or catch them or the harness will bring them to the ground naturally without and rough jolt to the neck area. This harness is not to be used on Parrots that DO NOT FLY.  This harness is also NOT a noose it will NOT continue to tighten if spooked, this harness also has a weight limit due to the length restriction for safety 400grams and above. We have tested this harness on multiple species and have been using this harness for 4 years ourselves.
